Remembering September 11th: A Day of Reflection and Resilience
On this September 11th, we pause to reflect on the lives lost, the heroes who rose in the face of tragedy, and the strength of communities coming together in the wake of crisis. It’s a day that reminds us of the importance of support, care, and standing strong for one another during times of hardship.
At Tyrrell County Inner Banks (IBX) Hotline, Inc., we are reminded today of the power of resilience. Just as our nation came together in 2001 to face the aftermath of a national tragedy, we continue to stand together in our community to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Their strength, courage, and resilience inspire us every day.
Your support is vital.
Survivors face trauma and challenges that can feel overwhelming, but with your help, they are not alone. Your generosity allows us to provide:
- Crisis intervention and emergency shelter
- Ongoing support and counseling to help survivors rebuild
- Community education to prevent violence and create safer environments for everyone
Today, we ask you to reflect on the strength of community and consider supporting those who need us most. Your donation makes a real, lasting difference in the lives of those who have faced unimaginable hardship.
Let us honor the spirit of resilience by continuing to show up for those who need us. Together, we can make our community stronger, safer, and more compassionate.
With gratitude and commitment,
Tyrrell County Inner Banks (IBX) Hotline, Inc.
